There’re lot of news in the past few days about serious security bug in OpenSSL, commonly known as the “Heartbleed bug”. The vulnerability occurs in implementation of TSL/DTLS protocol (RFC6520) that provides communication security and privacy over the Internet for applications such as web, email, instant messaging (IM) and some virtual private networks (VPNs). OpenSSL is popular cryptographic library used by many providers what cause that milions of users were affected. Without using any privileged information or credentials it was possible to steal user names and passwords, instant messages, emails and business critical documents and communication.
